Big Thompson CrossFit delivers the CrossFit program exactly as it is intended. The stimulus provided are by design, constantly varied, using functional movements, performed at a high intensity. Our specialty is not specializing and our goal is constant progress. The community is welcoming, and is one of support and camaraderie to anyone seeking maximal health and fitness. Whether you are an athlete, actively participating in sports, playing with your kids, or simply wanting to be healthier and more mobile, we strive to provide the highest level of training that will help you achieve your goals.
All classes are coached by a CrossFit Level 1, or higher, certified coach.

4 Week Kids Summer Camp
Children of BTC Members only
July 16th through August 11th at 2:00 pm
Preschool (3 to 6 yrs old) – Once per week on Wednesdays – $25
Kids (7 to 11 yrs old) – Twice per week on Tuesdays and Fridays – $50
Teens (12 to 16 yrs old) – Twice per week on Mondays and Thursdays – $50
Big Thompson Strength Club
We also offer Big Thompson Strength Club, featuring olympic weightlifting and powerlifting programming to help you meet your strength goals. Strength Club is designed for anyone and everyone who wishes to increase their knowledge of weightlifting, their strength and their proficiency in the lifts.
