“Clean Your Plate”
Every movement will be performed with or holding a 25lbs plate (Thanks for the idea Kat V!)

AMRAP 25 Minutes(Or 25 mins to clean as many plates as possible)
25 Jumping Air Squats
25 Ground to Overhead
25 Overhead Walking Lunges
25 Burpee to Plate w/Hand Release to Jump on Plate

Athletes please clean your plates off when we are done and no dropping or breaking your plates, there might be a class penalty “outside”.
