of Power Cleans for heaviest weight

No weights/plates may be loaded on the bar at the beginning of the WOD.  Weight may be added or taken off the bar (if a failed attempt happens). Only 5 attempts at the 5 repetitions are allowed, plan accordingly. You must cycle the lifts or connect them. No 10 lbs. plate hording allowed. Change your plates, you have time.
