“12 Days of Christmas”
1 200 Run (weather dependent)
Day 1 is the only movement that we know for sure. Just like running down the halls or steps to get to the Christmas tree on Christmas morning.
Then all the movements listed below will be put in “The Hopper” and drawn out in order of the days. Hope similar movements don’t come out back to back.
Pull Up, Jumping Pull Ups, Toes 2 Bar, Knees 2 Elbows, Burpees, Bicycle Sit Ups (both legs – 1 rep), Air Squats, Jumping Lunges, Walking Lunges, Jumping Air Squats, Push Ups, Sit Ups, Jumping Jacks (4 count), Mt. Climbers, In & Outs (no weight & no hold), Bear Crawl and Crab Walk.
Just like the song, start on 1, then do 1 & 2, then do 1,2 & 3, then do 1,2,3 & 4 continue all the way to 12. Starting on 1 (the first day of Christmas) every time and ending when you final reach 12 (the twelfth day of Christmas).
