Athletes may choose to 1 RM any of the 3 movements (next 1 RM day is Tuesday plan accordingly)

Boot Camp

EMOM 30 Minutes
1-10 minutes
10 Wall Balls 20/14
11-20 minutes
20 Sit Ups
21-30 minutes
10 Burpees

If an athlete fails to complete the required repetitions for a minute, they will stop and rest the next full minute and then rejoin.
Please scale repetitions accordingly.
