1 RM “Make Up” of any lift

In 1 hour complete your heaviest Clean, Bench Press & OHS

Only complete the OHS if you have done this before and know how to properly manage the weight. If not please substitute Front Squat (highly recommended for most)

We have just completed 1 RM’s which should give you a good idea of what your numbers should be close to. Only different performing all 3 lifts in 1 hour.
