*Athletes please note that you will not have time to complete your 1 RM and make the WOD.  The coach will let you know, the timing of these WOD’s are not planned for the time it will take to complete a 1 RM.  Please let the coach know what lift you are making up, they will tell you the designated area in the gym to lift that will not interfere with the other athletes WODing.
