400 Run

3 Rope Climbs

400 Run

20 Pull Ups

400 Run

30 Burpees

*As you finish go back and help another athlete with their reps.

Then

Rest 3 minutes as a class, then as a class complete

30 Rope Traverses

30 Monkey Rings

30 Army Crawls (under obstacles)

30 Monkey Ropes

You will be timed separately for these last 3 movements
