BTC we interrupt our regularly scheduled programing this week to embrace the spirit of the CrossFit Games. We will be completing the Masters/Teens Event WODs all this week. Please choose your scaled version appropriately. More importantly, remember we are only completing 1 WOD a day, not multiple and without games caliber judges. Please respect the movement standards, time caps and no reps (yes we expect you to no rep yourself).

Boot Camp will also be completing modified games inspired workouts.

*For the Farmers Carry utilize Kettle Bells first (2 total, 1 each hand) then scale to dumbbells accordingly, the weight should increase for each carry or round. Farmers Carry Distance will be down the back alley and back = 50 meters or 25 out/25 back.
*Time cap will be strictly enforced, just like the games.  
*Score time completed or total repetitions
