Front Squat Ladder 135/95 (Time Cap 20 Minutes)
Minute 1 Complete 1 Front Squat (rest remainder of minute)
Minute 2 Complete 2 Front Squat (rest remainder of minute)
Minute 3 Complete 3 Front Squat (rest remainder of minute)
Minute 4 Complete 4 Front Squat (rest remainder of minute)
Continue to increase by 1 rep every minute until you fail to complete the required number of reps for that minute. Weight must be taken from the floor.
