Big Thompson CrossFit WOD 15.8.24
This week we will be performing 1 repetition maxes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Athletes will be able to perform 1 RM’s on any one of these 5 movements, Deadlift, Back Squat, Front Squat, Bench Press, Strict Press, during classes on M,W,F. There will be a recommended 1 RM for each day; although we will allow athletes to choose which 1 RM they would like to perform. Hopefully, this will help to accommodate everyone’s schedules. It is not recommended to perform deadlift and back squat/front squat on the same day as well as bench press and strict press. Saturday will also be a 1 RM make up day where athletes may choose to 1 RM any of the 5 lifts.
