Within 12 minutes, increasing weight complete for 6 repetitions for heaviest weight

Deadlift/Power Clean/Front Squat/Push Jerk

Perform a Deadlift followed by a Power Clean followed by a Front Squat followed by a Push Jerk without dropping the bar is one (1) repetition.  Take time as needed between repetitions to work to the heaviest weight you can complete the complex.  Athletes may partner on a bar.
