Athletes need to complete 150 wall balls as fast as they can. But they must adhere to the work rest time period. In other words 2 minutes of wall balls, get as many repetitions as you can, followed by 1 minute of rest. Athletes can take as many work /rest rounds as needed to complete. Hint, the rest period is provided for you, try not to rest during the 2 minutes of work, its only 2 minutes.
