Rules of Engagement
There must always be a spotter for the bench press.
In order for the bench press reps to count the rower must be moving.
All teammates must row, bench and spot.
Teammates may switch as needed, as long as the above rules are met.
If uneven teams occur (numbers or male/female) the coach will guide you.
