314 Repetitions of

Push Ups

Sit Ups

Air Squats

Jumping Lunges (each leg = 1 rep, hips must open)

 

Athletes may partition repetitions and movements as needed, but minimum of 75 repetitions must be completed of each movement.  The other 14 reps is up to the athlete.
