20 Box Step Overs 24/20
10 Athletes Choice: HSPU, 5 Wall Kick Ups to Negative, 5 Wall Walks
20 Box Step Overs 24/20
5 Athletes Choice: Ring Muscle Ups, Ring Dips, Ring Rows

*Once the athlete chooses the movement, they cannot change through out the WOD. Reps may be scaled for skilled movements. Work on your skills.
