*Obviously, 2 barbells can be used, partnering up is advised. Scaling is allowed. For scaled weight use 90% of your 1 RM (calculators available). For scaled movements, ring muscle up-bar muscle up-chest to bar pull ups-strict pull ups, etc. Same with HSPU.
