Minute 3 Complete 6 Cleans (rest remainder of minute)
Minute 4 Complete 8 Cleans (rest remainder of minute)
Continue to increase by 2 reps every minute until you fail to complete the required number of reps for that minute. 14-minute time cap. Please scale weight accordingly.
