Winter Nutrition Challenge Post Assessment Test

No strength today, just because it’s the Nutrition Challenge Post Assessment. We want to create the same environment as the pre assessment. So utilize the same weight and/or scaling options as the first time a little over a month ago.

*Nutrition Challenge Post Assessment, repeat Boot Camp WOD from 5 weeks ago.
Completing the regular CrossFit WOD / Nutrition Challenge Post Assessment WOD (which are the same) is allowed during this class if you wish to use a barbell. Please repeat the same WOD you performed at the beginning of the Nutrition Challenge (obviously, for measurability)
