Clean Ladder 135/95 (Full Squat, 16 Minute time Cap)
Minute 1 Complete 1 Clean (rest remainder of minute)
Minute 2 Complete 2 Clean (rest remainder of minute)
Minute 3 Complete 3 Clean (rest remainder of minute)
Minute 4 Complete 4 Clean (rest remainder of minute)

Continue to increase by 1 rep every minute until you fail to complete the required number of reps for that minute, then stop. Scoring is the last full minute round plus the reps you achieved in the last minute. Example, made it to the 10 minute round but only got 8 reps, score is 9+8. Go for all 16 if you can. Then your score is the 16 with the seconds remaining after last clean.

Minute 4 Complete 4, 10m sprint (rest remainder of minute)

Continue 10m Sprint Ladder until you cannot meet the required repetitions of sprints for that minute.
