With 35 Minutes on the Clock
Complete As Much As Possible (full rest periods required)
400 Run
1:00 min rest
800 Run
2:00 min rest
1200 Run (just go past the 800, to were the street ends/turns)
3:00 min rest
1600 Run (1 mile)
Then
Complete as many rope climbs or tire flips as possible with remainder of time. Score distance run or total repetitions of rope climbs / tire flips. Choose one ropes or tires off of which one you are weaker at. And no switching must stay the same.
