10 Meter Sprint Ladder
Minute 1 Complete 1, 10m sprint (rest remainder of minute)
Minute 2 Complete 2, 10m sprint (rest remainder of minute)
Minute 3 Complete 3, 10m sprint (rest remainder of minute)
Minute 4 Complete 4, 10m sprint (rest remainder of minute)

Continue 10m Sprint Ladder until you cannot meet the required repetitions of sprints for that minute.

It will be the coaches choice to either set up inside or outside. Inside will be set up like a D/B from pole to end of cage. Outside we have the whole alley and side area.

Get ready this one is more fun then it looks. 25 minute time cap for class management.
