Athletes will partner up, then with a running clock, P1 will have 1 minute to bench press, then P2 will have the next minute to bench press and both partners will rest during minute 3 and repeat 4 more times. Teams of 3 may also be formed and the rest period is the 2 minutes the other partners are working.
