Complete 3 Rounds For Max Repetitions
1 ½ Body Weight Deadlifts
Dips (Ring or Matador)

Score is total repetitions for all 3 rounds. Once an athlete starts Deadlifting the barbell cannot be dropped or the hands released (touch & go). The resting position (if needed) is at the top or full lock out, not the bottom. For Dips the same rules apply, rest at the top. Partner up with a close BW partner as needed. Rest period between rounds is no more than 3 minutes. No rest between Deadlifts and Dips.
