Hang Power Clean 95/65 plus Hand Release Push Ups
Min 1 complete 5 hang power cleans 95/65 and then 5 hand release push ups
Min 2 complete 6 hang power cleans 95/65 and then 5 hand release push ups
Min 3 complete 7 hang power cleans 95/65 and then 5 hand release push ups
Min 4 complete 8 hang power cleans 95/65 and then 5 hand release push ups
Min 5 complete 9 hang power cleans 95/65 and then 5 hand release push ups

Continue to increase hang power cleans by 1 rep each minute, hand release push up reps stay the same. Continue up the ladder until athletes fail to meet the required reps. Athletes score is you total number of reps including hand release push ups. 20 minute time cap, then score is seconds completed of 20th minute.
