As teams of 3 Complete
100 Sand Bag Ground 2 Shoulder 60 lbs all
100 Slam Balls 20/10 (must catch on the bounce and in full squat)
100 Tire Flips (2 partners may flip together or back and fourth)

“The Catch” – for any of the repetitions to count 1 of the 3 partners must be performing sit ups.
“The Incentive” – or every sit up completed you will subtract 1 second from your final WOD score or time.
Movements must be completed in order.
Partners my switch of and partition as needed.
