60 Dumbbell Walking Lunges 50/35 (each leg = 1 rep)
50 Dumbbell Single Arm Snatch (Alternating Arms) 50/35
40 Dumbbell Thrusters 50/35
30 Dumbbell Power Cleans 50/35
20 Dumbbell Push Jerks 50/35
10 Renegade Rows 50/35 (right arm /left arm = 1 rep)

35 minute time cap (yes this is tight on purpose)
Scoring is the time completed or the number or repetitions completed

Please choose a dumbbell weight that is appropriate for you to complete this WOD.
All movements will utilize 2 dumbbells excluding the Single Arm Snatch.
