40 Hand Stand Push Ups

80 Pistols (Single Leg Squats, must alternate legs, each leg = 1)

200 Double Unders

-May be completed in any order and partition repetitions as needed. This is for quality of movement and efficiency of movement patterns.

If you have all these movements efficiently and complete it quicker, continue practicing your skills and become more efficient, but make a goal-100 double unders unbroken or 100 HSPU, Scaling repetitions is preferred, all athletes can work on these movements.
