Back Squat Ladder 95/65 (20 minute time limit)
Minute 1, 2 Back Squats
Minute 2, 4 Back Squats
Minute 3, 6 Back Squats
Minute 4, 8 Back Squats
Continue increasing by 2 repetitions every minute for as long as possible. When you fail to complete the required repetitions for that minute, your workout is done. Score is total repetitions completed. Even the repetitions during a failed round count towards your total score.
