2017 CrossFit Open Workout 17.2 Announcement at 6pm in the lounge area.

Narrow Grip Bench Press 3×10 @ 50%
EMOM 16 Minutes (mash up)
1-4 minutes
7 Strict Pull Ups (No Kipping, Earn It)
5-8 minutes
20 Double Unders
9-12 minutes
7 Toes 2 Bar
13-16 minutes
10 Burpees

If an athlete fails to complete the required repetitions for that minute they will just continue on to the next minute, regardless if it is the same movement or different.

Guys this is just like a regular EMOM, we are just changing the movement every 4 minutes. – Coach Cliff
