Score is total calories rowed plus total burpee box overs.

Rules of Engagement, only 1 rower and 1 box per team. But today there are no rules that the rower must be moving for the burpees to count or the other way around. Team may switch off or partition out as needed.

Teams of 2 are allowed dependent on class size.
