Deadlift 2×3 @ 55%

Warm Up Pull Ups, Push Ups and Air Squats
W.O.D.
“Cindy” with a twist
AMRAP 20 minutes
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats

*But for every 3 rounds completed, stop “Cindy” and complete the deadlift ladder.

There will be 3 deadlift ladders set up (in the middle of the gym)
Mens Rx, 95/135/185/225/275 (60 rep points)
Womens Rx, Mens Sc, 65/95/125/155/190 (60 rep points)
Womens Sc, 35/65/95/125/155 (60 rep points)

If you complete the deadlift ladder, go back to doing Cindy, if you fail a deadlift weight on the ladder, no points will be awarded, then go back to doing Cindy (no retry’s, find the scaled ladder). But remember after the next 3 rounds of Cindy completed, come back to the deadlift ladder.

Score is the number of Cindy repetitions completed (each full round = 30 reps, and any odd reps) plus the total points of full deadlift ladders completed (60 reps each full ladder, no partial reps)

Example 10 full rounds Cindy completed and 5 pull ups + 3 full deadlift ladders. Score is 305 + 180 = 485 Rx/Sc
