EMOM 12 minutes (Mash Up)
2 Strict Hand Stand Push Ups (Sc, Kick Ups/Negatives/Box)
4 Strict Pull Ups (Sc, Jumping/Kipping)
7 Strict Hand Release Push Ups

Strict means no Kipping
Mash Up
Min 1- HSPU
Min 2- Pull Ups
Min 3- HRPU
Min 4- HSPU
Min 5- Pull Ups
Min 6- HRPU
Continue for 12 minutes

If an athlete fails to complete the required repetitions for that minute they will stop and rest the next full minute and rejoin the EMOM on the movement the class is on.
