BTC Athletes, this is benchmark week and it is time to compete! You have been learning the difference between Practice Sessions, Training Sessions and Competition. This is a competition week with a little twist. You may choose only 1 WOD or benchmark this week to be judged on and compete for the leader board. Choose wisely, the WODs have been posted on the message board. This does not mean that you still cannot compete with your old scores on these benchmarks as an individual against yourself, however you will only get 1 chance for the leader board.
