For every 1 minute :30 seconds that passes, stop and perform 15 Lateral Jumps (over & back = 1 rep). 1:30 min, 3:00 min, 4:30 etc.

Full Snatch, Power Snatch or Muscle Snatch allowed the idea is to sprint as fast as possible and perform as little to none of the lateral jumps as possible.
