Within 20 minutes, Complete for combine time plus total repetitions

4-400 Run, Rest as needed between 400’s
With time remaining complete for max repetitions of
Bar Muscle Ups (Sc, Chest 2 Bar Pull Ups, Pull Ups etc)

We are looking for lowest cumulative time on all the 400 with a side score of total number of bar muscle ups. 20 minutes is a longer time then normal. I wish to see you guys actually sprint/planed rest period, that is also why the muscle ups (C2B/Pull Ups) are a side score and NOT a subtraction from your running time. Who can have the physical awareness to sprint, recover and sprint. Then finish with a skilled movement. Are you ready? – Coach Cliff
