For the Hand Stand Walks there will be cones set up in the gym that will be 20 feet apart, going back and fourth between white board/flag wall to the barbell storage wall. Athletes may choose to turn while on their hands or once they have crossed the line drop turn and restart.

For the Atlas stone carry, the stone can only be carried in front of you or on your shoulder noting else. The stone may be set down, but please be careful you may set it in the grass. The 200 is our normal 200 and the 100 distance are the white lines in the back alley.
