5 Ring Muscle Ups (Sc 10 Ring Rows)

10 Strict Press 95/65 (from the floor)

-Scale Ring Muscle Up reps as needed, but to a higher number than normal.

-Scale Strict Press weight as needed please

-If an athlete fails to complete the required repetitions for that minute. Have the athlete complete the repetitions and rest the remainder of the minute. Rejoining the class on the same movement.
