-Only one partner may work at a time.

-Please follow the order correctly, each partner does one exercise of each round and must alternate, basically after the first row. A partner will move from thrusters to rowing and continue.

– This will ensure a more even repetitions split; P1 rows 42 calories and performs 30 thrusters total, P2 rows 30 calories and performs 42 thrusters total. You may “game” which athlete rows more or performs more thrusters, but listen to your coaches briefing first.

-If there is an odd number of athletes in a class, a single athlete may choose to perform the original version of 15.5 solo.

-Time cap is 7 minutes before class ends.
