Warm Up

Peg Board Climbs/Peg Board Climbing Form and Technique

W.O.D.

Class will be separated into 2 groups

Group 1

Find your

Atlas Stone over bar max height 115/65

Then

Move the bar down 2 pins and complete 5 repetitions

Group 2

Hex Bar Farmers Carries for Max Weight

Without releasing or dropping

30 Feet

Then Group 1 and Group 2 switch

More then likely we will separate into male/female groups dependent on our numbers.

Even though this doesn’t look like your usual breathe hard metcon. Don’t worry it will still be a good workout and tax your systems.
