The normal rules of engagement apply. The rower must be rowing for the KB swings to count. Each partner must row and must perform KB swings. But, this time I am not putting minimum reps on each, the team may decide. If class sizes are smaller today, just utilize teams of 2 and record your score marked as a team of two.
