Burpee Bar Muscle Up (Sc Burpee Chest 2 Bar/ Burpee Pull Up)

Time Cap 7 minutes before class ends

Burpee Bar Muscle Up: Perform a burpee under or in front of the muscle up bar and then perform a muscle up.  Drop from the bar and repeat.  Same goes for C2B and pull ups.
