BTC welcome to Black Out Week. 1 week no WODs posted (yes you read that correctly). The foundation of CrossFit is to “build a program that would best prepare trainees for any physical contingency—prepare them not only for the unknown but for the unknowable as well” (Glassman, 2007). During Black Out Week we want you to show up regardless of what the workout is and put in your best effort. No overthinking the movements, rep scheme and time domain. Just simply show up and workout.

We will cap off Black Out Week with our annual Easter Egg Hunt workout. You have all worked hard during the last 5 weeks of the CrossFit Open, use this week to recharge and stop overthinking the workouts or your performance. Just focus on having fun and enjoying the community.
