Power Clean/Hand Release Push Up Ladder 135/95
For each minute perform 4 Power Cleans and # of hand release push ups (hand release push ups start with 2 reps and increase by 2 reps every minute, power clean reps stay at 4 for the entire WOD).
If you fail to complete the required repetitions for that minute your workout is done.
