All lifts must be completed within 1 hour, including the warm up. This will officially start at 10:05 to 11:05, after movement standards demo at 10:00. Only 3 attempts will be allowed for a 1 RM (although you do not need to attempt all 3). Score combine weight. Athletes may complete in any order and sharing of barbells and having a partner is heavily encouraged.
