10 Burpee Box Jump Overs 24/20

10 Kettlebell Swings 70/55

Once completed rest the remainder of the 3-minute work period.

If work was not completed perform 60 burpees on the side and your workout is complete.

Then

Within 3 minutes complete

12 Burpee Box Jump Overs 24/20

12 Kettlebell Swings 70/55

Once completed rest the remainder of the 3-minute work period.

If work was not completed perform 50 burpees on the side and your workout is complete.

Then

Within 3 minutes complete

14 Burpee Box Jump Overs 24/20

14 Kettlebell Swings 70/55

Once completed rest the remainder of the 3-minute work period.

If work was not completed perform 40 burpees on the side and your workout is complete.

Then

If work was not completed perform 10 burpees on the side and your workout is complete.

Congratulations your workout is complete.

As you complete the required work, rest the remainder of that work period. You may not start the next set of work until that 3 minute work period has lapsed and the next work period has begun. If you fail to complete the required work for a 3 minute time period, there is a burpee reward for each round. Complete the burpee reward and your workout is complete.
