Then

Warm Up Cleans & Thrusters

W.O.D.

Within 14 minutes

Complete the ascending Cluster Ladder as far as possible

1 Cluster = 1 Power Clean, 1 Front Squat, 1 Thruster 135/95

Athletes will perform 1 Cluster

(Without putting the barbell down)

Then rest as long as needed

Athletes will perform 2 Clusters

(Without putting the barbell down, back to back)

Then rest as long as needed

Athletes will perform 3 Clusters

(Without putting the barbell down, back to back)

Continue to increase your Cluster sets by 1 rep until time expires.
