For some athletes you will remember we have performed this and/or variations several times before, but usually on a Saturday.

Complete 6 Rounds For Time

200 Run

When you return to the gym from the run Coach will tell you what movement and what reps to perform. Every round begins with a 200 Run and the movement will change every time when you come back in.

Each Athlete will need to have this equipment set up and ready
