1 RM max connected Handstand Push Ups

Rules of Engagement, Open standards, please partner up and judge, please use duct tape on the wall, these are connected unbroken, kipping or not. If an athlete fails off the wall or hands come off the ground the max out is over. Sc, Kick Up Negatives, hands must remain on the floor, Box HSPU. Repeat the same movement that you scaled to during the pre test. But, if you have gotten HSPU’s during this cycle, perform them instead. Multiple attempts are allowed within the 5 minutes.
