1 RM max connected Toes 2 Bar

Resting position is dead hang, no locking the toes or legs to the bar, Sc knees 2 elbows, hanging knee raises. Repeat the same movement that you scaled to during the pre test. But, if you have gotten T2B’s during this cycle, perform them instead. Multiple attempts are allowed within the 5 minutes.
